Do you accept commissioned projects?
Yes, we accept commissioned projects/works. Please drop a message/mail on our contact details regarding the required details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. What are your payment terms?
We deal with 60% payment in advance and the rest after the order is shipped/delivered to you.
4. Do you have a return policy?
No, we do not offer any return policy for the products sold.
3. Do you offer installment payment plans?
We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept payments in installments. However, an EMI facility could be pondered upon if the order is more than Rs. 80,000.
5. What shipping options do you offer?
Free shipping is available on art paintings that cost more than 70,000.
6. Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?
Yes, we would love to connect with corporate art consultants and interior designers. Please don't shy away from dropping us a message.
7. Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?
Yes, we would love to form new connections. Just drop a mail/message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
8. Do you rent or lease your art, and what are your fees?
No, not at the moment.
9. Do you help customers select frames for your artwork?
Yes, every customer's taste varies, so we give an added option to our customers to select frames in case the existing/artist's suggested frame doesn't appeal to the customer.
10. Duration of a customized painting delivery?
Authentic art requires time, and we respect your eagerness. We usually deliver an art piece in a week, depending upon the size of the commission. Also, we are open to discussion about delivery time.
11. What type of payments do you accept?
We are open to all modes of payment. Be it online ( through credit card, debit cards, UPI) or offline ( cash, cheque ), we don't currently deal in demand drafts.
12. What else, except paintings and fabric, do you sell?
Customised Gift tags, ties, tote bags, jewellery.
